TukTuk Trails Ella offers guided tuk-tuk tours and related travel services in and around Ella, Sri Lanka. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on weather, road conditions, and safety requirements.
2. Bookings & Payments
- Bookings can be made online, by phone, or directly with our driver.
- Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
- Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Customer Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour may not be eligible for a refund.
- Operator Cancellations: If we must cancel due to weather, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Responsibilities of Guests
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
- Follow safety instructions provided by your driver/guide at all times.
- Respect local customs, culture, and the environment during the trip.
5. Liability Disclaimer
- TukTuk Trails Ella is not liable for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages that may occur during the tour, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.
- Participation in tours is at your own risk. Please ensure you have personal travel insurance if required.
6. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to modify or adjust tour routes, timings, or destinations due to weather, traffic, or other safety reasons. We will make every effort to inform you of such changes in advance.
7. Website Use
- Content on this website (images, text, logos) is owned by TukTuk Trails Ella and may not be used without permission.
- You may not use the website for unlawful activities, data scraping, or harm to our reputation.
